Find what feels good for YOU?

“What do I need?” This is a big question that we rarely ask ourselves but it is the most important question we can ask. We move at the pace of “shoulds” or “need to’s” and neglect what feels right for us. In everything I teach we focus on what feels right in this moment and for YOU. We explore how to find balance in discomfort and change whether it is in life or work. And I teach from a lens of creating safe space to get curious about yourself and others. In breath, in movement, in human connection I facilitate from a lens of balancing sensations, emotions, thoughts, and actions. I explore, with you, cultivating curiosity and comfortability with the things that make us uncomfortable.

In a trauma informed space, we honor your lived experience and build and learn tools and techniques of mindfulness, movement, and breath to develop a resource toolbox for leading yourself and others.

You are safe, you are supported here.
